Day 1 – Now we're in PPC

- Hotel service picked us up from PPC airport and it was a 5 to 10 minutes travel to the hotel. We were also given the option for our itineraries (that will be discussed in my future post).
- The van driver discussed the do's and dont's of the city. We were also informed about the two festivals (Baragatan and Feast of the Forest) which happens right smack into our vacation. nice pick boss! :)
- Arrived at the hotel and had a hassle free registration.
- Our group decided to have brunch since we were not able catch the breakfast buffet. We found ourselves checking out the old public market of PPC. Good thing we arrived before lunch time and there lots of seafood stuff to choose (antihistamine where are you?)
- It was decided that we'll have crabs and fish (which I don't know the poor things name). We found a carinderia who was happy to cook the crabs and fish for a minimal fee. One of our companion s bought a kilo of mango's which tasted good and the vendor told us it was one of their best sellers (better than Guimaras daw).
- Would have been better if the government cleaned up the old PPC public market and do paluto like in Paranaque. Brunch would have been much better :)
